With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have acquired a broad range of skills in both clinical and managerial capacities within various healthcare settings. My experience includes acute and emergency care, with a strong focus on aged care, where I have spent most of my career.
Having advanced from foundational roles to managerial positions, I have completed a Master's in Disability Practice to deepen my understanding of disability issues and strengthen my advocacy for individuals with diverse needs. This achievement reflects my ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in healthcare.
Knowing that my efforts contribute to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families, and witnessing the gratitude and relief on their faces, is deeply fulfilling. My professional journey began as a Laboratory Technician, where I operated my own laboratory business in Nepal for a decade. This foundational period enhanced my precision and dedication, skills that proved invaluable when I shifted my career to aged care and disability services in Australia. For over 15 years, I've committed myself to this rewarding field, concluding in the establishment of RISU Care. This venture is a personal triumph as it addresses the quality gaps I observed while working for others in the industry.

I am a proud mum of three. Outside of work, I’m very much in my busy mum era. You’ll usually find me juggling family life, cheering loudly for my sons’ soccer teams, or supporting my daughter backstage while she dances her heart away.
I thrive in organised chaos, balancing schedules, people, and responsibilities with a sense of humour and a lot of caffeine. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same care, kindness and patience into my admin role every day.

I work at Risucare in dual roles as a Bookkeeper and a Disability Support Worker. As a Bookkeeper, I am responsible for managing payroll, handling pay processing, and responding to employee pay queries accurately and efficiently.
One of my greatest personal achievements is becoming someone my parents are proud of. I have successfully completed my MBA and MPA, reflecting my commitment to education, discipline, and personal growth. In 2015, following the devastating earthquake in Nepal, I observed Sostani Brata(Shree Madavnarayan), a month-long period of fasting and prayer. Completing this sacred vow during such a challenging time strengthened my faith, resilience, and sense of responsibility toward my culture and community. Together, these experiences have shaped who I am today—grounded, determined, and grateful.
